The complete set used in Mayr et al.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.biomedcentral.com\/1472-6807\/7\/50\" target=\"_blank\">[1]<\/a> contains 40 cases. At the moment there are 23 cases for which we also know a reference alignment. The RIPC set is domain based. For each pair of domains we added a letter R,I,P or C indicating the class of problem the pair belongs to.
