This would result in a large number of alternative reference alignments. In that case we exclude those particular proteins.<\/li>\n<\/menu>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alignment families with less than three members left after applying the rules above. Note that the reference alignments are consensus (core) alignment indicating what is equivalent in <b>all<\/b> family members.
