A number of Python scripts allow for<\/p>\n<menu>\n<li>Calculation of the Qc and Qp scores<\/li>\n<li>Running a certain method on the test sets (example for <a href=\"http:\/\/bioinfo3d.cs.tau.ac.il\/MASS\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MASS<\/span><\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Converting alignment formats<\/li>\n<\/menu>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The assessment suite is platform independent and requires Python 2.5 or 2.6 including the Python extensions <tt> xml <\/tt> and <tt>numpy<\/tt>.For installation download the zip file from <a id=\"emph\" href=\".\/RSA\/download\/stra_eval.zip\"> <b>here<\/b><\/a> and unzip it anywhere in your system. Go to the folder STRA_EVAL\/Doc and read README.pdf for detailed instructions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alignment results for the example method <a href=\"http:\/\/bioinfo3d.cs.tau.ac.il\/MASS\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MASS<\/span><\/a> are included in the assessment.
